Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by ZEVAN.

Order Cancellation
